Why do you need my phone number?

We prefer to call our customers personally just to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible and that there are no problems with your order. Your phone number, like all customer information, is confidential and will never be given to anyone else. We had a good experience doing business this way for Auto Assault goods, and we've decided to do it for our new games as well.

Will someone call me who can't speak English?

No, this will not happen. We are Canadians and English is our native language.

When will I receive my purchase?

Delivery times are typically between 4:00 PM PST until late - basically prime-time gaming hours. If you have a time you'd prefer us to target, just mention it in the notes section of your PayPal payment. We also guarantee that you will get what you paid for or your money back. If you order early in the day and don't hear from us immediately, don't panic! We've adjusted our sleeping schedule in order to work evenings and we will be awake shortly. Most deliveries are completed the same day the order is placed.

Can I be banned for buying gold or items?

In some games it may be against the terms of service to buy gold for real money, but it has not been our experience that any of the game companies actually target buyers ( and we've been doing this for almost 9 years now ). All the same, when we deliver your goods in-game, it will be done discreetly. This is one of the reasons we like to call by phone. We will never say anything through in-game chat or mail that would suggest an external transaction has occurred.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Our website currently only accepts payments through PayPal, but if you wish to pay by some other method, contact us by email and we'll arrange it. Sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks.
